As part of Carlson Gracie Team, you’ll have access to some of the highest level competitors in the state running our competition team. We follow a lead from the front philosophy,where if we tell you to compete we will be right beside you competing as well and supporting you. We have a strong tight knit competition team that has proven itself time and time again as our instructors and students have won multiple expert divisions and gold at IBJJF, NAGA, Newbreed,local tournament circuits and have over accumulated pro grappling wins as well. Our instructors will show you competition tested and proven techniques. We only teach you the techniques needed to win and strategies to increase your success rate at a world class level.
